Reporting unlawful content
The fastest route is the public reporting form, available without an account, or the flag button on the viewing screen inside the app. Every report is acknowledged and decided within 24 hours. Content reported as involving a minor or as non-consensual intimate imagery is disabled immediately, before human review.
Law enforcement
Identification data is retained for one year under article 6 of French law n° 2004-575 (LCEN) and disclosed upon lawful judicial request addressed to support@stillyours.io.
Shared content is end-to-end encrypted and we hold no key that opens it. What we can provide: the identification data above (email, IP address, timestamps and device identifiers of the sender, and of the devices that opened a link); the fingerprint and size of every encrypted file relayed; content preserved as evidence after a recipient's report; and, for a device seized with its copy, our half of the key while it still exists (30 days after the link closes). What we cannot provide: content nobody has reported.
